Payment Options - Insurance
We accept all major insurance carriers, however it depends on the patient's individual plan. Our staff will call the patient's plan to find out if they have bariatric benefits as well as what their copay, deductible, and out of pocket will be (as this information varies by plan).

- We do not accept the following (this is based off a list we have compiled over the years of verifying benefits)

- Ambetter
- BCBS Board of Regents
- Cigna Health Springs / Cigna Local Plus
- Consumers Life / Consumers Choice
- Eon Health
- Medical Mutual of Ohio
- Molina Health / Select Health of SC (SC Medicaid)
- SC Blues - Your card will say "Out of State Emergency Services Only"
- Any State Health Benefit Plan
- A few BCBS plans that have specific prefixes
